Posting ads requires payments based on the price plans .We also offer premium options to boost visibility.
Q3: How long does my ad stay live?
Ads typically remain active for 30 days, after which they expire. You can renew or repost anytime.
Buying & Selling Safely
Q4: How do I contact a seller?
Click on the ad, then use the “Call”, “Message”, or “Reply via Email” button to reach out directly to the seller.
Q5: How do I stay safe while trading?

Don’t share sensitive personal info.

Use common sense — if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Q6: What if I’m scammed?
Report suspicious ads or users immediately using the “Report” button or clearly describe your concerns using our Telegram and Whatsup support options. We take action promptly to block fraudulent activity.

Q7: Do I need an account to post an ad?
Yes, creating an account helps you manage your listings, edit them, or respond to inquiries more securely.
Q8: How do I edit or delete my ad?
Go to your Dashboard > My Ads, then select Edit or Delete next to the listing you want to update.
Q9: I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on “Forgot Password?” at the login page and follow the instructions to reset it via email.
Payments & Premium Listings
Q10: What are premium listings?
Premium ads appear at the top of search results and get more visibility. You can upgrade when posting or from your dashboard.
Q11: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept direct bank transfer payment system.
Safety & Privacy
Q12: Is my information safe?
Yes, we follow strict privacy and data protection standards. Your info is only shared with users you interact with — never sold.
Q13: How do I report abuse or spam?
Use the “Report” link found on each ad or user profile. You can also email us at adminshibre.heptaa.com or to our telegram and whatsup support accounts.

Q14: Can I post in multiple cities?
Yes! You can post different ads in different locations, but please don’t spam the same ad in multiple areas.
